Panic Attacks

Has anyone ever used the linden method or lucinda basset's attacking anxiety? I have panic attack's and agoraphobia. I hate being by myself since this happened. I went from being the girl that would travel any and everywhere alone, to the girl that is just scared of everything...I swear, I can't take this anymore! I was 21 when I started having them, now i'm 29. The phobias seem to just keep adding up! I'm sick of this, can anyone help? I know i'm not crazy, but ever since my first panic attack, I have lived afraid.........

Shandeesh I feel so very bad for you. I dont have much help for you other than to let you know that I have read numerous articles about stress and panic attacks. You are not crazy, there is something in your life that is making your cup overflow. How do you take your life piece by piece and examine it, change it all with trying to exist . ( job family etc. )
if im at all close to some of the things you may be feeling, know that beimg scared is a form of us trying to protect ourselves. What are you trying to protect yourself from, may be a good starting point for you.

I myself have had similar attacks.

I am vstar and I myself have entries in the forum if you want to write back
