Q: Morning After Pill?

I shouldn't have had sex, buti just had sex on april 12 [[yesterday]] I didn't use proctection but I know I should have &some people recommend the "morning after pill" but, will it harm me? I'm only 13 and I don't know what its gonna go. I just dont wanna end up pregnant im way too young. Other than going to planned parenthood do you know where I can get this "morning after pill" can I buy it at walmart or something?
