I was on the pill for years and I always understood it as arfter 7 days of being on the pill you was covered I think after 9 you will definetly be ok but if you miss you will have to go another 7 days

Ok can someone who knows what they are talking about please explain the whole process u have to go through with being on the pill?...Cause im about to get on it and im soo confused and I dont know if I want to be on it for sure or not...

I was informed to be on it a month before having sex without a condom... I waited a couple weeks.. Oops. Being on the pill is great, I dont have to worry about being pregnant, and I can enjoy it more with my bf. I gained a little weight, but glad it was mostly in my chest... C now ladies...!! I am too nervous about a pap test right now, so I am holding off for a bit... And besides taking the pill everyday at the same time (or around the same time) being on the pill is great! The first week I had terrible headaches.. A constant one... And sometimes I will get a chest pain or a belly ache but they dont last long... Its worth 9 months of morning sickness. After the first week, its a breeze... Glad to help...

Ya when I first started the pill they said wait like a month also but I was like the other girl I wait maybe a week or two. Ya at first I got headachs to really bad ones but after a while everything was fine and just take the pill at the same time or 2 hours before or after and you'll be fine..The pill is great before my boyfriend and I thought I was pregnant like 3 times and then I finally got on the pill and now their are no worries.

I also was told to be on the pill for a month and use backup for that entire month before trusting the pill. The pill is great..But if your like me and take prescription meds alot like antibiotics...Maybe consider sometihng else..Thats what im doing right now.
