I was just wondering for all those who have had babies when your babies eyes changed color...Ireland is 4 weeks and 1 day and they haven't even started to lighten or darken so I was just curious. Thanks!

Good question kim! I was wondering the same thing. Sometimes adrianas look blue and sometimes they look brown. Most of the time they look brown, but then they seem to have a blue edge around the brown part. We think they will be brown, but it's hard to say for sure. What color are irelands eyes so far? And how's she doing?

Adriana is a month old today!

Well jace was born with blue eyes...And they changed to a green/blue color which looked gray..More than anything..I guess the change from blue to gray was around 3 months and then they changed from gray to green ...Around 5 months and now they are hazel (more of a brownish green color)...And he is 8 months...So really they just changed throughout the months..

Oh okay. Her eyes are blue right now, they're a very dark blue but in the insides they have this light blue/grey color. I do think they will change because no one on my side or my ex has blue eyes (that I know of) he is native so I was expecting her to look more like her father but she came out the spitting image of me, and my eyes are hazel...So we will see.

Mine were pretty bright blue when I was born, but now they're, well, whatever color they want to be. Lol. They change shades between blue and grey depending on what i'm wearing. It's kind wierd.

Yeah mine are the same way. They're hazel but if I wear some certain colors they look really green, and then other times they look more brown.

I would say with brian it was anywhere between 6-9 months... From blue to brown. It was later for jordan. I would say 1 1/2-2 years old.... From blue to green

My eyes were a dark blue when I was a baby/toddler, but my eyes are very green now. My niece's eyes were sapphire blue till she was around 2... Now they're brown!

Macys eyes went from blue to a green brown about a year old. Scientifically if u no the color of your parents and the fathers parents u can figure out the odds of her eyes being blue. Its hard to explain so if u want me to do it tell me what color yours and his parents eyes are

and terra his name isnt denton its dentures :)

Lmao...The odds should be like zero...Ahaha but here is how it goes:

dentons mom and dad are brown...My moms are green...Dentons are brown and mine are hazel...

And no where as I know of on either one of our family trees has anyone had blue eyes...Lol

Yea the odds are against you. Unless dentons parents parents had green or blue eyes then irelands gunna have brownish. But the goood news is she has a 50/50 chance of carrying the gene that could give your grandbabies blue or green eyes.
