Help please have just had my first flare-up this year of the following.




I get what I can only describe as itchy welts,
always around my ankles,
sometimes just one appears,
other times 3 4 or 5,
they itch really badly drive me mad.



They last about 4or 5 days and when the iitch starts to subside,
they usually turn purple and then dissapear leaving a slight scar,
this has gone on for around 5 or 6 year now,
and I dread the thought of having to cope with this again,
i have arthritus in my knees and this just adds to my burden,
