Massive Lump On My Testicle, No Idea What It Is!

I know people say check for lumps on your testicle regularly, but I have had a "ball" on my left testicle for ages, and now it just keeps getting bigger. I am not exaggerating when I say it's almost three times the size of my left testacle. I am only 15 and am really worried but I am too shy to tell a doctor or even my mum (my dad has moved away).

Does anyone know what this could be?

I would be greatful for any advice or information on what this could be.

I suggest that you should pluck up the courage to go and see a doctor immediately.
