Today I found out that I have polycystic
ovary syndrome I have to start a diet. I
was wondering does anyone know what I can
eat? That will help me lose weight?

Only calorie counting & lots of
exercise will keep it at bay for you... I
also have pocs & struggle loads with
weight gain, 1 of the nasty things we have
to suffer!

Hi, I too have pcos, I was trying to
conceive for a year, then diagnosed with
this. I lost 28 lbs in 2 months then I
conceived. What I did to lose weight was
eat breakfast cereals for breakfast and
lunch and eat a normal dinner. And
exercise, I joined a gym. I go about 3
times a week. I've lost in total 42 lbs
in about 6 months. I dont eat any rubbish
foods anymore because I am determined. If
you have the will power you'll be fine.
But theres different levels of pcos, some
have it severe when they find it difficult
to lose weight. Hopefully yours isnt so
severe, mine isnt I dont think. Good luck
