Yes, it certainly can signify a period coming. Mine always get sore when my period is due and also around ovulation too. Mine just seemed continually sore during pregnancy.

I guess it could be. It maybe wise to do a pregnancy test as soon as you are able.

We are all different from pms to pregnancies and pur bodies change what may be so one time can be different the next, boobs can be tender with your period or with pregnancyso it is difficult to say. If you are late for your period take a test or fo to thdr and see what he/she has to say.
