I have a a brown spot the size of a jelly bean above my lip, and am desperate to know what it is. It doesn't hurt and is not itchy... However it ahs grown and got darker... It feels like dry skin.

I just came back from the dominican republic this sunday, and I was wondering if maybe it had to do with the sun. Or is it some sort of cold sore???

Someone, please help me
