That sounds really interesting thanks very much for taking the time to post to me.Im definately going to look into it and fingers crossed it works. It would feel so good just to have one single day without a sneeze & runny nose.

Hi, I suffer dreadfull hayfever and soon as the days get longer and the sun pops out im sneezing all over the place, me nose is constantly running im always havin to sniff & blow me nose through till sept

dont get me wrong I have the occasional good day when it pours with rain, love to know if this multivitimin helped at all ?? And if you think its worth a go ?
