Paranoid...

I'm 11 weeks today and lately (just the
past few days or so) I haven't been
feeling pregnant at all. I'm not sick
anymore and i'm not peeing nearly as much
as I was. I used to get up 6 times a
night to pee and for the past few days
i've only gotten up once or twice. My
boobs don't hurt, but they never really
did. I had a horrible dream last night
that I was bleeding everywhere. I heard
the heartbeat at 9 weeks and I felt so
relieved after that but lately my fears
are creeping up on me again. I had a
miscarriage last year at 13 weeks (but the
baby had died at 8). Am I just being
paranoid? Do symptoms kind of go away
towards the 2nd trimester? I do feel
pressure in my abdomen every now and
again. I'm just scared and my next
appointment isn't for 3 more weeks. :(

Well, since no one believes im
pregnant--this prolly wont help.
But this did happen for me--and at the
time-- for many of the girls who were
approx as far along as I was. I got a
word from .God first on it---so I wouldnt
have doubt about my little one. But many
came and discussed the slowing down of
symptoms, or not noticing any at about
that far along. When they had noticed
much symptoms before this. I dont
remember exactly what weeks--but I was not
the only one to experience this.

Well, since you had a miscarriage, it's
really hard to say 'everything will be
perfect and nothing will go wrong.' i'm
sooo sorry about your loss and don't blame
yourself. It was nothing you did. More
than likely, something was chrosomically
wrong with the baby.
Has your .Dr shown any concern with your
pregnancy this time? It's gonna be hard
to stay calm during this pregnancy because
of the incredible fear that you have.
Being paranoid isn't going to hurt your
baby though.
I never felt pregnant. I was never
vomiting, just nausious for a couple of
weeks. My nipple soreness did fade in and
out and it made me shake in my boots
because I had read that fading symptoms
aren't a good sign. But I learned a
lesson, never rely on the internet to tell
you if something is wrong. I got soooo
nervous after going to a couple of web
sites. Just call your .Dr and if he/she
is concerned with your fading symptoms,
they will prob. Call you in.
The reason why you're not peeing as much
anymore is prob. Because your uterus is
starting to move up off of your bladder.
Don't worry...It'll come back!!
I'm 37 weeks and just now getting over my
paranioa. From months 2-5 I was sooo
nervoud when I went to the .Dr fearing
that they wouldn't be able to find the
heartbeat. But every time, she was there.
I've gotten into 2 wrecks(one in the very
beginning & one about 2 weeks ago) ,
fell off a chair and got gut punched at 6
months, and bit the dust about 3 weeks
ago!! You wanna talk about
paranoid?!!?!?!? Lmao....
I hope that everything goes awesome, i'm
sure it will though...

Holy cow sarah!! Your baby is gonna come
out ready for a fight after being banged
up!! You poor girl! I'm glad you and the
baby are good tho. When I was between 2-4
weeks I was camping and slipped on the
edge of the pond and fell flat on my
stomach and it hurt like you wouldn't
believe. That was before it was confirmed
I was pregnant. I had my suspicions at
that time, but hadn't tested yet. But all
is well and my baby turned 4 weeks old
yesterday. I feel like I have insomnia
now lol. I'm waiting for the moment to
come that she can have cereal....Then they
sometimes sleep through the night. :)
i<3mybostonterrier....I didn't really
have many symptoms (that I can remember)
what I remember is I had sore boobs and
peed a lot. My symptoms did fade for
awhile, then I got more later on in my
pregnancy. I've heard after 13 weeks the
chances of miscarriage go down, and you
heard the heartbeat at 9 weeks, so you
have passed the 8 week mark when it
happened before...So take care of yourself
and hang in there!
I was scared to go to my appointments
because I was afraid of them not finding a
heartbeat, even tho I could feel her
moving. Good luck!

Thanks girls! I just can't wait until I
can feel the baby moving every day.
That's gotta be reassuring!

You still get a little noided sometimes,
even when you can feel them moving around
all day every day.

Oh yes...I'm .Rh(-) and had to have a
.Rhogam shot a couple of weeks ago. But
before that, I swore up and down that my
blood cells had already began to attack my
babies!!! I was crying and was feeling my
baby move while I was crying.
I know..She's gonna be pissed off at me!!
My .Dr was like get this girl a stroller,
she's safer on the outside than inside!!!
The falling was undoubtedly because my
center of gravity is waaaay off!! But the
wrecks, damn those people!!!
Pregnancy is unlike anything i've ever
experienced. And it all happens soooo
quickly!!!!

Sarah, I was rh negative too. And if the
baby is positive, you need to get
*another* shot within 72 hours after the
baby is born. I had to get that extra
shot because my daughter (it feels so
weird saying that!) was positive. That
way it protects any future pregnancies. I
think that's how it works anyways.

i always had my up's and
down's during my pregnancy sometimes I
would feel pregnant and sometimes I would
be panicking about it ...Asking omg do you
think somethings wrong...So I think its
normal that you feel this way ...Its just
one of those that goes on during
pregnancy...But considering you've had
miscarriage before im sure your more
scared than I ever was...I just tried to
tell myself everything was okay ...Um
maybe you could ask you doctor for a app
just to check up on things to make you
feel better...But about the dreams..I had
horrible dreams all the time about jace
coming out deformed or dead ...I think its
just another weird thing that comes with
being pregnant..After I had him they have
went away..So you can look forward to
that..Lol

I've had the deformed dreams too. I
think it's your brains way of preparing
you in case your baby doesn't come out
looking the way you expected him too.
You know like it shows you the worst so
that if he comes out with brown eyes and
you were hoping for green then you're just
so greatful he looks nothing like your
dream that you don't even notice.

to get another needle!!! Ouch!!

Yeah, I hate needles....But at the doctors
office the nurse that did it was great.
But then in the hospital when I had to get
the other shot after the baby was born she
just nailed me with the needle. Not
gentle and no warning. I didn't like that
nurse at all!

express your concern to your doctor! If
you can't get in, see if you can speak
with him/her.
I went through the same thing as you.
I'll probably be just as paranoid the next
time around!
