Minor Shakes

Hey lately ive noticed I have more little shakes in my body? Its usually my left hand that shakes the most, is this related to my hypoglycemia? And if it is what does it mean? I need food? Or too much sugar in me?
Thanks

It's just a passing symptom. As I always say, unless it persists for a long, long time with no periods of inactivity, it's just a passing hypoglycemic symptom. If you're sticking to your diet things like this are to be expected, nothing to worry about. Muscular twitches are common with this.

Thanks heaps I always get worried about these symtoms and think there something else, sometimes it really gets to me.My chest flushes completley stopped for about a week, and iv'e only had a few minor ones since. It seems my bodys new favorite symtpom is his muscle twitch.
How long will I keep gettin symtoms like these?
So its a sign that im getting better?

If you're feeling generally at least a bit better than you did before, then yes. Sometimes the symptoms go up and down, worse on different occasions and such. Never worry about them unless they persis for a long time. They'll come and go and slowly you'll notice they're less intense when they appear. It's typical to worry about the symptoms, it's pretty much a symptom itself for hypoglycemics to worry about these things.
