My 13 year old daughter her period for the first time4 months ago, she has only had one period. Why isn't she starting every month? Oh and no she's not pregnant...Lol. She also has depression could that throw off periods?

It doesn't become regular even up until 2 years after she first gets it. Just wait it out, it will come its totally normal.
