Height Gain? Posted: 04-10-06 20:36pm
Right now i'm 16 and a half years ago
measureing at 6 foot and 1 8th.
I want to reach the height of 6" 3' - 6"
5' before july.
Any suggestions of how I can reach that
goal? The only thing i've done is have a
pill that contains 16% daily value of
calcuim and about a gallon a milk a day.
What can I do to really gain height?

You can't do anything to gain height, it's
genetics. You can appear taller if you
stand up straight, but that's about it.
If you're meant to be 6'3"-5" you'll grow
that high, if not, no biggie since there
are alot of guys who wish they could be
the height you are now.

Not exactly true. Some recent test have
shown you can try special stretches that
wil lactually increase the thickness of
the vertibrey of your back bone to where
you could gain an extra 1-2 inches.
The special height hormones have been
proven to work but you have to go on a
very tight diet eating only certain food
plus the supplements are really expensive.

You're 16, chill out, you have plenty of
years left to grow. You should be more
concerned about school and having fun
while you're still young.

I know that lol...
Just to let you know I was 5" 11½' last
month. I'm only asking if there are ways
to grow even faster? The reason why is
because this girl I like is also 6" 0' ,
but I think she wants someone who is at
least one inch taller than her. Thats
why I want to gain a couple more inches.

Haha oh.. Well i'm 6ft and i'm female..
I don't know how her mind works, but if
you're her height now or almost there, it
shouldn't matter. Plus most girls know
guys finish growing later than we do.
If you were like 5'6" or 5'7" it might be
awkward, but at 5'11 1/2" or 6' you should
be good to go as you are :-p
anywho, if she's that superficial that you
wouldn't have a chance unless you were
like 6'3", you don't want a girl like that
anyways.
Good luck! Teenage girls are a pain in
the butt :-p I should know, I used to be
one haha

I actually phrased it a little wrong, she
just wants a guy tall.
Her father is 6" 4' wow. But i'm doing
pretty good because she is 7 months older
than me, meaning through age wise i'm
ahead of her in height. She use to be
like 5" 11' 6 months ago.
