I have a question I have been taking birth control on time for 3 months and I just realized that I have forgot to take them the last 4 days my last period started 7 days ago and it was over 4 days ago, I know I messed up but do women ovulate before or after there period.
Thanks

Did you miss the first 4 pills of your new pack? I would make sure you use a backup method of birth control for the next few weeks. Have you started your pills again? The general rule is if you have a 28 day cycle, you will ovulate on day 14 of your cycle. However, that is not always the case, each woman can be different.

I took the first 3 out of the pack and I had intercourse the day before I noticed, as for my period I have never had a regular cycle until I got on the pill. I was just wondering thank you for your advice.
