Last friday I had sex with my boyfriend and the condom broke. I was on my second last active pill of my ortho tri cyclen pack. Is there a good chance i'm pregnant? Or should I stop being paranoid?

was this the first month you were using ortho tri cyclen? Your protection against pregnancy increases on the second month of using a hormonal birth control method. However, i'd say that this close to your period, you most likely weren't ovulating and therefore probably could not have gotten pregnant. I think you're safe but if you miss your period or have a positive pregnancy test, go to the doctor.
Peace,
jenn
