I tried one of her videos. It was the strip tease one and even taught you how to give a lap dance. I thought that there was nothing in it to help you lose weight. I would never recommend it to anyone

Haha yeah I do the carmen electra dance evey night I have 4 different dvd's there all different routien.. My favorite is the hip-hop and then the lap dance.. The strip tease one is alright just not as much of a workout... My boy friend really liked it...Tehe:) :d
