Q: 10yr Old Boy Low Blood Pressure

Hello, I have a 10 1/2 yr old boy. Past few days has complained of heart racing and shakiness and shortness of breath.Using an omron intelli/sense blood pressure cuff {made for small arms} I got reading of [87/44 pulse 68] [82/44 pulse 67] and [83/41 pulse 68]this is not the first time he has complained of irregular heart beat. Knowing that childrens blood pressure normals are different in children, I was wondering are theses readings within normal or are of concern. Today he has an indentation at the back top of the head with headache.Not sure if related to each other.Any info on "low blood pressure in children???"thank you.

I really think you should take him to an er along with all information about him (including past illnesses & anything in any way different).

Unitl recently, I always had low blood pressure & found that I craved salt especially when it was lower than usual, so you could let him have salty foods (within reason!!)& see what happens.
