Q: Lump On Leg

I found what I thinks a lump where my pattela is. Like on the top of my upper leg muscle. Its not on the other leg. Now i'm worried. I already suffer from anxiety and this didnt help none. Anybody else ever had a lump on their leg? Could it be a swollen muscle?
