Q: Chances of Being Pregnant??

Ok, I was on a low dose birth control pill for 3 months and started getting severe headaches so I went off of them during my inactive pills one month. I started my period and had unprotected sex the day after my period ended. I began a new pack of pills the next day but only took 3 because I didn't know what the chances of me being pregnant was and what that would do if I was. What are the chances of me being pregnant, I had slight bleeding after those three days of pills but stopped shortly after. Thanks in advance for whoever replies...

Unprotected sex is never wise if you aren't trying to become pregnant.

It sounds like you aren't pregnant, however you may have messed with your cycle by taking the pills then not taking them abruptly. If you plan to continue taking birth control pills, wait until your next cycle to start. Some pills cause unpleasant side effects and you may want to change the brand of pill to see if that helps. Your clinic or doctor can help you.

If you are concerned, take a pregnancy test when you think your period should have been.

Good luck.
