asked by: DoctorQuestion on April 7th, 2006
I have had this pain for as long as can remember. I've been in and out of the hospital. Recently admitted the the hospital had a hidascan normal. Had a ct scan normal. Had a ultra sound normal. Had a scope normal. the pain just dosen't go away any more. was told gastriritis. put on nexum and spasm meds don't help at all. constant pain and pressure like something wants to burst out. nausa sometimes dizzy spells. sometimes head aches. sick of pain meds they don't help any way. i think i'm going crazy not finding out what this is. It's real and not going any where. Is this my gallbladder is there any other tests that would show. any input would great. tired of pain.

You might also take an X-ray image of the thorax. If the ribcage and lungs are ok, then your pain could be psychogenic (created by the mind).
