You never get over it. It's been awhile since my first love and I broke up, and I swear I still hear his voice. I see his face in my head, and i've been thinking about him lots. I swear I see him standing in front of me sometimes. It's tough
i really don't think theres anyway to get over him. He will always be there in your mind, forever. It's something you have to deal with. I've been with the guy i'm with now for over a year, and I still think about the first love. It's hard sometimes to move on with my relationship because I can't get him out of my mind. It never goes away.
I have tears in my eyes just thinkin about it, lol, so I better stop writing before I get to emotional.!
