Q: Certain Days I Crave....guilty

I notice that certain times of the month I crave so much food. I lost 13pounds and I feel so guilty. I know it's hormonal but does anyone go through this because I feel so let down. What snacks do you eat to stay focus and my doctor said don't deny yourself but step up the pace during these times..Meaning working out.

I would say you just need to get yourself used to eating fruit for munchies.
