New to Atkins Diet.

Hi,

i'm new to that atkins diet, and have only been doing it for three days.

The thing is, I went to the toilet this morning, and my stool was black. I don't really have any stomach pains.

I was wondering if anyone else has had this. I have also recently started taking vitamin supplement pills which contain iron too, if that any help.

Any help would be appreciated!
