Q: Mental Illness Meds No Longer Covered If Bill Passes

I have been posting this around because it is absurd that this bill may be passed by the senate in the next couple weeks. Himma (s.1955) "the health insurance marketplace modernization and affordability act" will override state coverage guidelines (laws) and make it so insurance companies don't have to offer coverage for mental illness, including medicines!
This means that you may have to pay out of pocket for any care associated with mental illness.
This bill has already passed committee. Even bill frist voted for it and he is a doctor! It is terrifying and horrible.
If you want your voice to be heard you can call or write your senators.
