It seems that your gastrointestinal tract is telling you to stop consuming so much food. You can begin to treat the health concern of obesity by trying to be within the ideal weight parameters for your age, gender, and height. Weight (in kg) should equal Height (in cm) - 100, plus or minus 15% for women or 10% for men. For women, allow 100 lbs for the first 5 feet and 5lbs for each additional inch. For men, allow 110 lbs for the first 5 feet and 5 lbs for each additional inch. The “orange oily film on the water in the toilet” is probably excess that cannot be digested and processed by your internal organs...try eating smaller quantities. Be sure to each fresh fruits and vegetables and exercise throughout the day. You can consult a nutritionist to set a program for weight management. A psychologist can help you discuss possible emotional reasons for overeating.
