Q: Is there treatment OTHER THAN steroid injection for manageme

I have scar tissue into my spinal canal and wrapped around the root of my siatic nerves bilaterly. Is there anything that can be done other than injections of steroids into my spine? I am in such bad pain and I can't find anyone who who understands.

Steroids inhibit the growth of scar tissue. You can also use painkillers to help manage the pain resulting from scar tissue on the nerves. I recommend you ask for expert help from a neurosurgeon.
