I went there and when they ask you to sign up they want you to join all these other sites.... Do I have to join them or is there a simpler way?

I don't really remember what I did, but I remember all the stuff they wanted you to do, I just ended up clicking a bunch of buttons and somehow getting past it lol sorry

Go to the image cave site n sign up but you dont have to sign up to all those things just press no thankyou
