Is Anyone Morbidly Obese?
Posted: 04-03-06 13:08pm

I am 250lbs and 5'2

the overweight bmi = 30

mine is something like 45-50 which is morbidly obese

i see people who say they need to lose 10lbs and they think this is a big task, I do not ever see it possible for me to lose half of my body weight.

I am miserable. Even getting up out of the chair im sitting in leaves me out of breathe.

I use to think losing weight at 200lbs was impossible. Now I am getting farther and farther away from that number, flying towards the 300 mark and I would kill to be at the starting point of 200 again :(

Hey! Have you seen a doctor for your weight problem? If not, you should get some blood work done, there might be a problem with your thyroid or some other issue.

The main thing to loosing weight is eating healthy. I'm sure you know that already though! I know it's tough to, but it's very healthy for your body. Exercising helps a lot also, I started taking hydroxycut 4-5 days ago and I feel a lot thinner already. I've lost about 4 lbs, but i've also been working out for 40 mins. A day and eating very heathy.

I know it's hard to get yourself motivated to work out/eat healthy, i've been in those stages myself. Try starting a journal or something, write down your goals for the day i.E. Drink so much water (mine is 64. Ounces) write down what you eat and how many calories, limit yourself to how many calories a day you want to eat, start out small with exercising and work yourself up. This is just what I do and it's been helping so much.

Feel free to pm me about questions or anything
