Q: Mucous Stool

For a long time i've been having stool with a lot of mucous in it, but now there are plenty of times when i'll have to go urgently and it is nothing but mucous. I'm only 20 years old; do you think there's something seriously wrong? There are some days where i'll have to go pass this mucous stool about every hour or so.

I also have regular bowel movements, so it's not constipation or anything. Should I be worried?
