Q: Fetus W/ Bad Kidneys Please Help

My daughter is 7 months pregnant w/ her first child, (a boy)
about 2 months ago, the doctor told her that the baby has multicystic dysplastic kidney (left kidney) and is not functioning. He said there is nothing that can be done, but the right kidney was just fine. The other day she had another ultrasound and the doctor said that the right kidney is now a "dilated kidney" and there is urine left in the kidney that is not being flushed out of the baby's body. Can someone please help me out here, it is so hard trying to get answers that are not in medical terms that I cant understand. I need to know that my grandson is going to be ok.
I need to know what can be done to help.
