Q: Can the Pill Make You Cramp

Ok I am on the pill and I am supposed to be on my period by now but im not and im having really bad stomach aches or cramping I dont know which one but im worried cause I did have unprotected sex. So what do you think is going on is the pill making this happen or what?

It could be your period trying to start. If you are concerned, take a pregnancy test. Do not discontinue the pills unless you get a positive.

Heya tiff,

when did you last have unprotected sex? How old are you hun? How long have you been on the pill? Sorry to ask so many questions but it helps to know.

It was sometime last week and ive been on the pill for two months going on three in a week I just turned 19
