Ok so I have the same problem sometimes its nothing to worry about till they become irritated, itchy or turn another color. Try changing soap, or try getting different underwear, you know different fabric, also it could be just freckles. You can also see a doctor.

Are you sexually active and your gf use a spermicide or you wear a condom with a spermicide? It could be an allergic reaction if you do.
