:) hello everybody,

I got this site off my friend, and thought it would be a good idea to find people who might know what i'm going through. I started having sex with my boyfriend recently, and he means alot to me. I want a place to go to where I have questions and where people have answers. Talking to my mom is out of the question and I get nervous when I talk to doctors. That "know it all" look they have, isnt something I look forward to when I need someone to talk to.

Well, the question I have is because the last period I had lasted about 16 days. I've had my period for about three years, so the staqe of things being weird is basically over. My mom brought me to the doctors, and they of course asked me if ive ever had sex. When my mom was out of the room, I told her I only did it once, and used a condom. (i do use condoms, but ive done it numerous times) they gave me a blood test to see if my theroid was right or whatever. But the doctor told me it was possible that I might of had a miscarrage. I know, kinda lucky right? But I dont know exactly what to do, because it could be something else. What could it be?

It could be a cyst or a fibroid causing the bleeding. Has the doctor suggested an ultrasound? An ultrasound could give him a better veiw of your overall problem.

Do you have painful periods?

Also when you are at the doctors you should be completely honest with the doctor even if its embarrassing to admit. If you don't want your mother to know about it, tell her you want to be examed without her in the room because your not a baby anymore.

Or go to planned parenthood and let them give you an exam. They will not contact your parents and will help you figure out whats going on with your body.
