You can buy herbal fertility enhancers but not regular prescription fertility drugs.

Are they good to take for people that dont ovulate? I'm sure there not a strong as the ones the doctor would give you, but I bet they work.

Right now, I am taking vitex. It is supposed to help regulate you cycles. Not necessarily make you ovulate but it is supposed to help with hormones which I think would help lead to regular ovulation. There are also things like fertility aid and ovulux but I don't know if they sell them over the counter or if you have to get them off of the internet.
