When Can We Try Again After the Miscariage??????????????????

Hello does anyone know wen me and rob can
start again with trying for a
baby???????Or at least when we can make
love again...We both really want it...Its
just im still bleeding and we dont no what
to do??Our nurse said to wait untill my
next proper period is over before trying
for a babby again but I have heard other
things like im the most fertile after a
miscariage and that sort of thing.We
really do not no what to do.And also what
do u think about just having sex for the
pleasure as we really want each other but
are a bit woried...Could it hurt me or
anything...Ie infections???? I have
whats called an arrosion on my cervix
since the pregnancy (which aparently is
pretty comman and most woman get it)but it
can make me bleed after sex.I had the
miscariage last wednesday 29.03.06.Please

This should have been something that was
discussed at your doctor's office. When I
miscarried, I had a d & c and was
advised not to have sex for a few weeks.
You should call your doctor/nurse and talk
to them about this. They know your health
situation far better than any of us here
do.

I think it's different for everyone. When
I miscarried I had a d&c and was told
I could have sex after a week or when the
bleeding stopped (if I was still bleeding
after a week). I was also told I could
start trying again immediately. Sorry you
had to go through that.

anyone else no if me and rob can have sex
now..I feel emotionaly ready for it.I love

A d & c is surgery to remove the
lining of your uterus and any left over
pregnancy tissue that may be in there.
Call your nurse to be safe about when you
should have sex.

Oh.....I never had that done..They didnt
even check me for stuff left...What could
happen then if theres still more in
there??????She said that there was no need
for them to take me down to theatre.Please
help.

Without a d&c you can easily get an
infection, you do not always need them but
you should be checked. As far as trying
to get pregnant again please talk to your
Dr.

relax.
Didn't they check your uterus/cervix at
all during your miscarriage? They should
have. They also should have made sure
everything passed before sending you home.
Did they give you something to help you
cramp? Are you bleeding heavily?
What did the nurse send home for discharge
papers? Within those papers it should say
if you experience heavy bleeding, fever,
chills, etc, you need to be seen by a
doctor.

Hi,listen nothing was done after the
miscarriage..I miscarried into a bowl that
they must have checked over as I was
allowed home 2hours later..My cervix or
uterus was never checked after my
miscarriage.And I was sent home without
discharge papers...I wasnt even given a
hosptal band for around my arm when I went
in to stay the night the night before my
miscarriage.This is the truth...Maybe
there just so doing it lax in my
hospital....But then it is england after
all.I'm scared as I cant have anasthetic
and I want to no how a d&c works...How
do they check in the womb?Would I have to
be put under for that and what if there is
stuff still left what would the symptoms
be???????Please help maybe i'm just so
bloody stupid but I havn't got a
incredibly clue.Thanks jadexxxx

I had to wait 2 menstral cycles after my
loss and I had a d&c . My doc said
there was an increased risk for another
misscaraige if you get pregnant before
then.
It took me like 7 months to concieve
again, although everyones different.
Also this may sound kooky but my father in
law said that moonstone is supposed to aid
in fertility. I started wearing this
moonstone necklace and was pregnant within
the month. Coincidence? Who knows?
All I know is im afraid to take it off, I
wear it all the time! :)
