Q: Should I be Concerned about Sore Breasts after Partial Hyste
asked by: DoctorQuestion on March 31st, 2006
I had a partial hysterectomy April 18, 2005. Now just 3 weeks ago, my breasts have started to hurt. Even if my arm brushes against them. Both of them hurt in the exact same spot as the other. I have taken Ibu for them and some relief. Is this anything that I need to be concerned about?

Yes, you should give attention to the issue of wore breasts; you can immediately visit your GP for a breast examination. A clinical examination (inspection and palpation) and mammography or ultrasound can be requested. You can also begin to perform self-palpation of your breasts every month.
