Back Pain Relief Posted: 03-31-06 09:00am
Hi I am only 18 years old and in june I
was in a horrific accident an broke my
back in two places. For awhile it went
unnoticed but I eperienced alot of
pain..Anyways I dont think you have a
broken back but I think you should make an
appointment with your doctor to get an
xray and no matter wat the outcome is make
an appointment with a chiropractor...The
problem can be nothing or the problem
could be serious..Either way get it
checked out because you could have
something wrong with your nerves (like
they could be pinched) or worse. But the
chiropractor will help do physical therapy
to relieve the pain and its really worth
it

It Is Good to See Doctor First Posted: 03-31-06 10:23am
In diagnosing sciatica, a doctor will take
your medical history and perform an
examination of the back, hips, and legs in
order to test for strength, flexibility,
sensation, and reflexes.Other tests might
include:
* x-rays
* mri scans
* ct scans
* nerve conduction studies an image of a
during these tests, an electrical current
is passed through a nerve to determine the
health or disease of that nerve.
Sciatica is a pain that runs along the
sciatic nerve, a large nerve extending
from the lower back and down the back of
each leg. Sciatica is a common kind of
back pain. Although sciatica can be very
painful, it is rare for the disorder to
cause permanent nerve damage. Most
sciatica pain syndromes result from
inflammation and will usually get better
within a few weeks. Foment bag help to
relieve inflammation, simulate
circulation, strengthen spine and bone and
cease pain.

Back Pain After Labor Posted: 03-31-06 12:01pm
This is obviously a sacro iliac
dysfunction problem with involvement at
the pubic symphisis which is where the two
sides of the hip bones meet. A good
chiropractor should be able to treat this
effectively with muscle work, spinal
adjustments and other proven effective
methods
