First of all it sounds like this baby would be just as well if you weren't in the picture. However, at 16 this poor girl is going to need all the support she can get both emotionally and monetarily. I'm pretty sure that getting it in writing is not going to get you off the hook here. If you don't want to have anything to do with this child, great, leave her and the baby alone, but unfortunately it's too late for all of the carefull planning you mentioned. You made a huge mistake here and you will probably be held accountable for it every week until the baby is about 21 years old depending on which state you live in. Get ready to pay support and please start using a condom whether these girls are on the pill or not. The pill does not protect against stds! I am so sick of hearing stories like this. This whole mess was 100% preventable!
