I have been on the same bc pill for over 16mths. My husband and I do have sex without condoms. I have never missed a pill and I take them every night before bed. I am 7 days away from my "inactive green" pills and normally dont start my period till day 2 of those pills. Today I woke up and I am having a brown discharge. This has never happened before. Since starting the bc pills after my twins were born I have had no problems and everything has been predictable. I am not on any antibiotics and have not been abnormally stressed. I have been a little more tired and crampy than normal though the last 2 days. Is there a chance that I could be pregnant? If so what should I do? When should I take a test? My husband and I agree that if I am, it was meant to happen and we will happily become parents again. But I dont want any ill effects on a baby if I am and I have heard bc can do that....Any advice or insight would really be appreciated.
