Q: 6 Years After a Hysterectomy, what can be Causing Abdominal

It has been 6 years since my hyst. I have noticed here lately weight gain and abdominal pain that comes and goes. Could you give me some advice, I will be seeing a doctor soon. I still have my overies, they took only my uterus and cervix. thank you..

The abdominal pain you are experiencing could have its origins in the genitals or could be caused by an extra-genital cause. Standard blood analyses and an abdominal ultrasound can berequested to try to identify the cause of the pain.
