I have just noticed today after experiencing slight discomfort in my right testicle, that the right epididymis is slightly harder and possibly a very tiny bit larger than my left one. Is it normal for the two to be different in texture or should I concerned about this?

I doubt that its cancer but you still might want to get it checked out by a doctor.

It does sound like it might be an inflammation. Here's a link to information on epididymits inflammation.

Thanks for the info, morning. I don't seem to have any of those other symptoms but that site is pretty helpful. I'm going to the doc on tuesday so I will find out if it is anything to worry about.
