Q: Hard to Get An Erection

Hey

im a perfectly healthy and fit 17 year old. Recently i've started having sex with my girlfriend. We've done it a few times, and shes my first (so i've only had sex those few times)

she is quite experienced compared to me (has had a serious boyfriend before me)

recently when we've been kissing and doing a lot of foreplay, it takes me a while to get an erection, and even when I do its not a full on erection, and even if I have the slightest distraction, I lose it

also, because its not a proper erection, it takes me ages to cum if shes giving me a handjob or oral. When im receiving this, I find my mind wonders quite easily, and I dont know why?!

Could this be due to nerves?

Any tips to try n get it working like normal jsut like it used to!?

Yes its nerves.

If your worried that when the time comes you won't be able to perform then you won't be able to perform.

Instead of worrying about your erection, your inexperience and so forth. Work on your foreplay technique. Totally show her a great time, enjoy her body, give each other back massages, kiss, hug, etc.
Learn how to relax and totally just enjoy what your body is feeling.
Tell her not to give you straight oral but rather to just tease you a little with it, to alternate between her hands and her mouth to give you different sensations. If she manages to get you fully erect doing that, then have sex.

It sounds like it could totally be nerves. How well do you know her?
