yes you can have an operation for undecended testicles. Talk to your doctor about it and he/she will tell you all about it. It is just day surgery and then he can go home. He just needs to take it easy for a few days as he will be very sore. I have a cousin who has had it done 2 times and it is fine now. He was born a preemie baby, and he had one testicle that didnt drop. Everything is fine now. Good luck.
