Hi, I was searching the internet this
morning trying to find some info on
missing heart beat, palpitations etc when
I stumbled across this website. After
following various leads on the net, I
discovered "Cayenne Pepper" - apparently
very good for heart conditions. So I
thought I would give it a go - pretty
disgusting stuff to drink - half a
teaspoon in a very large glass of warm
water - but hey presto, you know what -
the heart has steadied up and the
palpitations stopped! I was so amazed I
thought I had better contact this website
and tell you about it as so many people
seem to be suffering like I was.
Apparently Cayenne tincture is the way to
go, so I have ordered some from Neal's
Yard, but until then, it is cayenne pepper
and warm water 3 times a day!
Hope this will help some of you.

While I am not glad to see all of you
suffering like me, the news helps me cope.
you might find this article interesting
I have been dealing with same thing for a
while now. I now go to specialist who only
deals with the heart rythm ( palpitaions,
heart racing and etc). amine does not show
up on things. I have psvt. It comes and
goes. Find a heart doctor who only deals
with heart rythm problems that is who can
help you. I know how you cal feel. I
actually was given an xanax last summer in
the hospital by a doctor and needless to
say it caused my bp to dip. He learned it
was not Anxiety that is was my svst acting
up. I also reccomend going to the
specialist and requesting for an ep study
and heart ablationt to be done. The Ep
study shows where the problem is and the
ablation is where they try to correct the
problem.Nothing to either of them you go
home same day unless they have to do more
then an epand heart ablation.

missed heart beats Posted: 04-12-08 16:10pm
I had this problem for nine months from
last summer. I was told that I had an
ectopic heart beat and that there was
nothing to worry about. Easy to say when
I couldn't sleep some nights because my
heart was thumping around and keeping me
awake. It was also difficult to believe
that something so distressing could be
benign. It got to the stage where I would
have tried anything to stop the distress.
I had cut out alcohol and caffeine but
that didn't help. I then read an article
which suggested that palpitations could be
caused by food intolerances. I didn't
have palpitations but I know that I am
intolerant to wheat. So I tried cutting
out wheat to see if this helped. After a
week my heart had calmed down to such an
extent that I could sleep again. It was
still irregular but I couldn't actually
feel it so much. After six weeks my heart
is now practically back to normal. I have
done nothing apart from cutting out wheat
again. (I had started eating it again on
an occasional basis - say once or twice a
week). I told my doctor but he had
difficulty in accepting that wheat could
have been the cause. The only time I have
had any trouble since cutting it out of my
diet has been after I have eaten out and
had no idea what was in the meal in front
of me. I have posted this message just in
case there is anybody out there who might
also have the same problems. If you know
you have an intolerance it might be worth
a try. I am incredibly grateful that I no
longer suffer from these symptoms and if
anybody else can be helped by my
experience then it would be worth trying.

palpitations Posted: 04-29-08 10:54am
I had this problem for about nine months
and had the same experiences with doctors
as the rest of you. I did some reading
around the subject as a result of which I
cut out wheat since I know I have an
intolerance. After a few days the heart
beats quietened down and didn't keep me
awake at night any more. After two weeks
it was only occasionally missing a beat
and now, about a month later, it is
practically back to normal (I've stopped
checking it incessantly as I used to do)
The only time I have any problems at all
is when I eat something without checking
the ingredients (the latest was baking
powder would you believe?) It may not work
for everyone but I bet there are a few of
you out there who would benefit from
giving up wheat. As an added bonus it
also helped me to lose a lot of weight in
a very short space of time
After many years of having both irregular
heartbeats and A/fib I found 2 items that
really help. Transdermal magnesium oil
and Lobelia. both have converted me out
of A/fib and for rapid heartbeat or
irregular heart beat use Lobelia, it can
work as fast as 20 seconds. With Lobelia
however I suggest you start out with a
little then add to get the desired
results, too much can make you nauseas.

Hi, Like everyone I found this site very
helpful, but have a different experience.
I'm in my 60's, a vegetarian who doesn't
eat dairies, eggs or any processed foods,
nor coffee, because of allergies, but my
diet does include fish and I have been
this way for more than 30 years. I'm
really healthy for my age never get sick
and run every day, like a beer and drank
wine until a few months ago, but the
preservatives they use were troubling my
nervous system and creating rashes. To
improve my life I started brewing beer and
making wine but also cut down my drinking
to just once a week.
I first got these palpitations about 5
years ago when I had a clinic in a city,
but they went away, popping up every now
and again and coming back this year with a
vengeance. I got the same response from
the medical profession, useless caca,
tests and drugs. So I set out to find out
myself and at first came up with using
special deep breathing exercises and an
acupuncture pen, which seemed to keep it
under control.
Last year a person I was working with was
diagnosed with a brain tumour, the medical
profession wanted to operate and said he
would probably not come out of it with all
his facilities, so he asked if I could
help. We found answer for his problems and
I have used it for mine with great success
and I hope it may help others.
Electromagnetic fields where the cause of
his tumour and once we got him out of the
city and away from all these fields, his
problem disappeared within 3 months. When
he told his doctors what had happened they
typically dismissed it as spontaneous
remittion. In my case, I have a small
recording studio which is fully
computerised and so decided to isolate the
equipment into a Faraday cage, which
consisted of putting all the electronic
gear into a big wooden box lined with
galvanised iron inside and out and earthed
outside the building. Our house computers
were placed in another box along with our
other electronic gear, only having the LCD
screens (TV, computers) and keyboard
outside, we also switched of our mobiles
and wireless gear, placing them in an
earthed box, threw out our electronic
clocks and any other unnecessary useless
gadgets. Our mobiles only come out when we
are going somewhere and may need
communications, then they are carried in a
bag or in the metal glove box of the car.
My palpitations stopped until I went into
a big city and Hi Fi store one day, for
the next3 nights back came the problem.
So I would advise everyone who has this
problem to look at their work place and
living situation and find out all you can
about the health effects of
electromagnetic fields, pulses and
radiation. Our hearts, brains and bodies
work on electrical impulses and so its
only logical we may be effected by
constant exposure to these things. I live
in the county, yet every time I go to a
city, I suffer from these things that
night and sometimes for the next couple of
days if I sty there for more than a day
until my electromagnetic system and heart
settles down from having it's electrical
field invaded and disrupted.
I hope this helps, as I believe people
will be really shocked when they realise
so many of our health problems are being
caused by electromagnetic fields, pulses
and radiation. I any one wants any more
information, just ask and I will be happy
to tell you all I know about it, But best
health outcomes come from proper diet,
lifestyle and living environment.
Remember, cities, large population areas
and most houses are one big
electromagnetic field consisting of
millions of frequencies with transmission
power from very small, to huge.
