I get upper back pain, the joints keep going out of place, I keep having to crack them back in by leaning back on a chair etc. I have been suffering form it for almost three years what have you guys done to relieve it? It depresses the hell out of me! I read in a book that whilst drinking you do not feel the pain! Well I do now that im sober!!
