Hey, I am about 5 weeks preg. And I just visited the dentist last week about my wis. Teeth. My dentist told me that I am not allowed to have any pain relievers and we can't even think about taking them out until after the baby comes in dec. Hope this helps!

Thats interesting as i am 7 weeks pregnent and my dentist and my ob both told me to ge it out. I got my wisdow tooth extracted almost around 7pm today, and so far i dont have that much pain just discomfort, i can take tylanol extra strenght, but so far looks like i dont need to... You will be just fine. I was super scared today before the process, but it was quick.
Good luck Smile

I had a wisdom tooth removed and I'm 28 weeks pregnant.
I am 28 weeks pregnant and had my one wisdom tooth removed( I only had one).I was in horrible pain for a week and went to the dentist and they took it out the same day in five minutes. They gave me a local in my gums.It numbed my mouth.I didn't hurt and then just wiggled my tooth around and pulled it right out.And I have no pain at all. I haven't even taken pain meds( doctor said I could only have tylenol since i'm pregnant). And its been seven hours since I had it pulled.

Wisdom teeth when pregnant
Your wisdom teeth must hurt more during pregnancy or something, because when I was just 3 weeks I had an absess on my wisdom tooth and couldn't have anything for it, and after 2 weeks it started to get better. Just try and rinse your mouth with salt water, or get a cotton bud, dip it in whisky and hold on the sore bit, wowzers that works!

I am 29 weeks pregnant and I just had a wisdom tooth pulled 5 days ago, I was not put to sleep, I did get my mouth numbed though. I can only have Tylenol 3's for my pain, I am in a lot of pain, my tolerance is also not very high though. I find it more painful the more I talk or move my mouth. Sleeping is easier with a wrapped ice pack on the outside of my jaw/cheek.

I'm 10 weeks pregnant and extremely nervous about my dental appointment tomorrow. My wisdom tooth is killing me and I'm concerned that my unborn is feeling this pain also. Has anybody had or knows anyone who has had their wisdom tooth pulled at 10 weeks and what other options do i have?
