During masturbation or oral sex with my girlfriend, my left tescicle ascends up into the pubic area. There is no pain involved but major discomfort (mostly mental) is this a serious issue?

I once dated a guy that had that problem. He couldn't explain why it happened but he said it was always like that and he just didn't worry about it.

If the problem isn't causing you any physical discomfort and they always return to normal positions shortly after ejaculation, I wouldn't worry over it. Just chalk it up to "thats how my body is" category.
