I need to know, can a women have a miscarrage if u run and be less than a month pregnant? Because today, I walked fast for like a couple of miles and then I ran for like 3 to 5 minutes. Then, I went to the bathroom and I had blood. I mean, I never get my period in the middle of the day and out of no where. I usually get my period since the morning when I wake up. Ive been trying to get pregnant, and I had spotting a couple of days before too. But my question is, can you get a miscarrage that way?

Doubtful
Probably not.
Even elite athletes with heavy training schedules get pregnant
did you know for sure that you are pregnant? Or just hoping?

I was just hoping. But I read that some women get their "period" even when their pregnant. Cuz I have some of the symptoms right now. Im testing as soon as it ends. Maybe it could be implantation. Im just hoping its not something bad!!!! :|
