The low back pain seems to be the lower left side of her back. This is what happens. The low back pain happens when she is lying on the bed. She says it hurts and she feels something grab as she tries to roll over or get up. This doesn’t happen as much when she is sitting. She has been to the doctor and he sent her to physical therapy. This didn’t help. She has tried heat and cold on her lower back, but this doesn’t seem to help. Any ideas? Thanks for any help.

Left Sided Lower Back Pain
This is a gait issue. She has foot problems which are inherited. Because she over strides and understrides, her pelvis has a tendency to lock up. Your best choice of treatment is a good chiropractor who can perform myofascial release or graston technique. Using myofascial release or graston to enhance gait symmetry, and chiropractic adjustments, she should respond well as long as there is no other underlying problem such as a disc herniation. Foot orthotics should also be part of the management

Thanks so much for your reply. By golly dang, you are right. She does have a gait problem. She was given shoe inserts by a podiatrist, but she doesn't use them. Thanks so much, i'll let her know and maybe she'll try the shoe inserts again. You have saved her a lot of unnecessary pain. Thanks again and god bless you.
